Session Description:

LCDR Keri Walker will provide an overview of the Ship Sanitation Certification Program and her role in managing the Ship Sanitation Certification Program. LCDR Walker actively serves as the Ship Sanitation Certification Program Manager implementing the Ship Sanitation Certification Program (SSCP) in accordance with requirements of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) International Health Regulations. The SSCP program aids to reduce the risk of international disease spread and authorizes safety and environmental health officers to issue shipboard sanitation certificates.
